Hire conditions

Minimum Hire

All items have a minimum hire period of 4 hours.

Booking Window

Book a minimum of 48 hours before your event. We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Cancellations

24 hours notice required. Cancellations are subject to our discretion.

Bonds

All bonds are fully refundable. Released within 24 hours — allow 3–5 business days to clear into your account.

Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer and Stripe. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Delivery

Setup and packdown is always included. Delivery fee is subject to location and equipment hired.
